"What is the biggest lesson you've learned after working in a coffee shop?"
This guy had perhaps the best answer I'd heard in a long time.
"Good question. Uhh, sheesh… I would have to say… No matter what disaster, no matter what emergency, hurricane, tornado, explosion, no matter how much loss of life or how much destruction, people will always, always, ALWAYS want their coffee. It is a universal constant, like death and taxes."
